Žalbe
In addition to the right of withdrawal (14 days), as a consumer, you have the right to file a complaint due to non-conformity of goods in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
Time Limit
The seller is responsible for non-conformity of goods within 2 (two) years from the date of purchase. In the first 6 months, the burden of proof is on the seller; after 6 months, proving non-conformity is on the consumer.
How to file a complaint
You can file a complaint:
- in person at any Shoebox retail store, or
- in writing to reklamacije@shoebox.moda, with a fiscal receipt or other proof of purchase.
We will respond to the submitted complaint within 8 days, and resolve it (repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination) within the legal term of 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
