Refund/Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the product does not suit you, you have the right to return or exchange it.

Withdrawal period: 14 days

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, without stating a reason. In that case, you can exchange the product for another (model, color or size) or request a refund.

Conditions

The product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, with the attached fiscal receipt.

How to return a product

  1. Contact us at online@shoebox.moda or +381 66 6830 003 to report a return/exchange and receive instructions.
  2. Send the product by courier service of your choice to the address:
    Operativo d.o.o. (Shoebox), Dimitrija Tucovića bb, 36300 Novi Pazar.
  3. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we process the refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Costs

In case of withdrawal or exchange, the costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer. In case of exchange, we bear the cost of sending a new item.

Refunds

  • For card payments — refunds are made exclusively to the same card, via CorvusPay/bank.
  • For cash on delivery payments — refunds are made to the current account you provide us.

Cash refunds via courier are not possible.
