Delivery

All orders are shipped via GLS courier service.

Delivery time

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. After shipping, the courier delivers the package within 1-2 business days, on weekdays from 8 AM to 4 PM. Orders received on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery cost

• Delivery costs 400 RSD for orders up to 6,000 RSD.
• Delivery is free for orders over 6,000 RSD.

Shipment tracking

Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, so you can check the delivery status at any time.

Delivery

The courier delivers the package to the address you provided when placing the order. If you are not found, they will contact you by phone to arrange a new delivery time. Please enter the correct phone number and address when ordering.

Delivery area

We currently deliver within the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Payment

Payment is possible by cash on delivery (cash to the courier upon receipt) or by credit card through the secure CorvusPay system.
